How to update legal entity by existing data in TaBS

In the case of change the information of a legal entity (such as change name of legal entity), it can be divided into 3 parts:
1. Modifying the information of the legal entity.
2. Updating the legal entity’s information within departments.
3. Updating job types to align with the legal entity details.
For detail instruction are provided as per below.

Part One: Modifying the information of the legal entity.
1.) Go to ‘Settings’. Click on the ‘Legal Entities’ menu. Choose the desired legal entity and click ‘edit’ icon.

2.) Edit the name and all details that relate to legal entity (Address & Contact, Bank Accounts, Reports, Tax)

3.) Edit all details that relate to legal entity (GL Mapping) then click ‘Save’.

Part Two: Updating the legal entity’s information within departments.
1.) Go to ‘Departments’ and click ‘Edit’ icon to change information.

2.) Update legal entity by click field ‘Legal Entity’ and click ‘Save’.

Part Three: Updating job types to align with the legal entity details.
1.) Go to ‘Job’ module. Select the job that want to update then click ‘Edit’ icon

2.) Update legal entity by select field of ‘Job Type’ that align with legal entity then click ‘Save’.
