On 6th October the Revenue Department released new software to encrypt the PAYE tax information for employees.
We are pleased to advise that our Totem Payroll software needs no changes to work the new RD software.
เมื่อวันที่ 6 ตุลาคม กรมสรรพากร มีการปล่อยซอฟต์แวร์ใหม่ เพื่อเข้ารหัสข้อมูลการนำส่งภาษี สำหรับพนักงาน
ซึ่งสามารถนำไฟล์จาก Totem Payroll ไปใช้งานกับซอฟต์แวร์ ใหม่ของกรมสรรพากรได้ โดยไม่ต้องทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ
Our clever staff pointed out a small “gotcha” that may occur in preparation. If the office has no branch offices, then a zero must be input to the form, or no processing will take place (see graphic below).
พนักงานของเราได้พบว่า อาจมีข้อผิดพลาดเกิดขึ้น ในขั้นตอนการเลือกสาขา หากไม่มีสาขา ให้เลือก ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม เพื่อให้แสดง สาขาที่ 0 หากเลือก ไม่มีประเภทสาขา จะไม่สามารถนำไฟล์ที่แปลงแล้วยื่นชำระภาษีได้ (ดูภาพด้านล่าง)
