If you’re experiencing difficulty accessing our Totem mobile application and encountering a “Connection Lost” message upon opening, you can troubleshoot and resolve the issue yourself by following these steps:

1.) Check Network Connection: Ensure your mobile device is connected to a stable network.
2.) Allow Network Access for Totem Application:
iOS: Navigate to Settings > Cellular. Ensure that Totem application is enabled to use cellular data.

Android: Navigate to Settings > Connections >
Data usage > Allowed networks for apps. Ensure Totem application is
allowed to use network data.
