You can change notification from your profile (1).
From My Profile popup click on Email notifications (2) and then for given notification category you can modify frequency.
There are couple options to select from (3):
A) repeat notification – multiple notifications sent from given day until event occurs;
B) single notification– notification sent on specific day;
C) multiple days – this option allows to define multiple days (when separated by comma).
Below example show how to setup notification for staff anniversaries with 3 different intervals, month (ie 30 days), week and day notice.
