#1 From Microsoft 365 Admin center go to Azure Active Directory
#2 Go to Enterprise applications and add New Application
#3 Click Create Your Own Application
Give it a name (for example Totem) and select last option “Integrate any other application you don’t find in the gallery”.
#4 From Single Sign-on select SAML setting
#5 Edit Basic SAML Configuration
#6 Add app url as Identifier and Reply URL (replace your-app.url with application url as provided)
Make sure that settings are applied as expected
#7 From app Properties, make sure that app is visible to users and either assign users (from Users and Groups) or make it available to all users by setting User assignment required to NO.
#8 When setup is completed, please provide App Federation Metadata Url from Single sign-on settings.
